Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly received by our representative, who will brief you about the adventure ahead. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a relaxed evening by the shores of Lake Victoria or unwind at your lodge. This first day is about rest, preparation, and soaking in the warm hospitality of Uganda—the “Pearl of Africa.”

The morning begins with a scenic drive to Mabamba Wetlands, a Ramsar site famed for its birdlife. Boarding a canoe, you’ll glide through papyrus channels in search of the legendary Shoebill Stork, alongside kingfishers, jacanas, and herons. After the birding excursion, you continue northward to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the only place in Uganda where rhinos roam freely. Arrive in time for a relaxed evening, dinner, and overnight in the sanctuary’s tranquil setting.

Today you rise early for a guided rhino tracking experience on foot. Walking alongside these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat is both thrilling and humbling. After the activity, continue to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and oldest conservation area. En route, you’ll visit the Top of the Falls, where the mighty Nile surges through a narrow gorge before crashing 43 meters below. Later in the evening, enjoy your first game drive in the park, searching for elephants, giraffes, and predators as the sun sets.

The savannah comes alive at dawn, making your morning game drive an unforgettable spectacle. With luck, lions may be spotted as they hunt, while elephants, buffaloes, and antelopes graze across the plains. In the afternoon, embark on a boat cruise along the Victoria Nile, where hippos wallow, crocodiles bask, and waterbirds fill the skies. The cruise culminates at the base of the thunderous Murchison Falls—a dramatic highlight of the park.

This morning, you’ll take a Nile Delta cruise, a more serene but equally rewarding experience, often yielding sightings of rare birds such as the Shoebill and numerous aquatic species.  The Murchison Delta Cruise, set at the tranquil mouth of the Victoria Nile where it fans out into a wide, papyrus-fringed delta before entering Lake Albert, is one of Uganda’s most captivating aquatic safaris. This serene stretch of water, alive with shimmering reflections and the hum of wild Africa, offers a quieter, more intimate experience than the dramatic upstream falls. As the boat drifts through narrow channels bordered by lush papyrus reeds, you can spot shoebill storks stalking patiently in the shallows, African jacanas tiptoeing on lily pads, and elephants, buffaloes, and antelopes emerging at dawn to drink along the water’s edge. Hippos grunt softly in the distance, while the call of the fish eagle echoes over the wetlands. Much like Botswana’s Okavango Delta, the Murchison Delta forms a vital floodplain ecosystem, pulsing with life and seasonal rhythms that sustain an extraordinary diversity of species. Yet the two differ in mood: the Okavango’s labyrinthine waterways evoke mystery and vastness, while Murchison’s delta feels intimate and radiant, where the Nile’s legendary waters slow down to breathe before continuing their long journey to the Mediterranean. It is a place where Africa’s great river meets stillness, and where every ripple seems to carry the pulse of an ancient, unspoiled wilderness . After return to your lodge for lunch, leisure, later in the afternoon, head out again for an evening game drive, where the golden light provides perfect conditions for photography and wildlife viewing, with luck, you may spot a leopard with legs hanging on the acacia branch

Leaving Murchison behind, the journey takes you southwest through Uganda’s rolling countryside, tea plantations, and traditional villages. You arrive in Kibale National Park, known as the primate capital of East Africa in the afternoon. In the late afternoon, visit the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, a community-managed conservation project rich in monkeys and birdlife. The experience also includes interactions with locals, banana gin experience, coffee experience, offering insight into rural Ugandan life.

After an early breakfast, set out on a chimpanzee trekking adventure. Guided by rangers, you’ll follow calls echoing through the forest until you meet a troop of wild chimps. Watching them interact—feeding, grooming, and swinging through the canopy—is both entertaining and awe-inspiring. After lunch, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, arriving in time to take in the breathtaking landscapes of crater lakes and open savannah. Check in at your lodge, dinner and overnight relaxation.

This morning offers a second chance of chimpanzee trekking, this time in the Kyambura Gorge, nicknamed the “Valley of Apes.” The lush gorge is a dramatic setting for spotting not only chimps but also monkeys and bird species. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where hippos jostle for space, elephants cool off at the water’s edge, and crocodiles silently patrol the shores. The Mweya Peninsula provides excellent game-viewing opportunities.

Today’s journey takes you south through the Ishasha sector, famed for its rare tree-climbing lions. With luck, you may spot these big cats draped across fig tree branches. The drive continues into the mist-shrouded highlands of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to nearly half of the world’s mountain gorillas. Arrive at your lodge nestled on the edge of the rainforest, ready for the highlight of your safari.

The day begins with anticipation as you report to the park offices for a briefing before embarking on your gorilla trekking experience.

Today you’ll embark on one of the most extraordinary wildlife encounters on earth: trekking the mountain gorillas of Bwindi. After a briefing, you’ll be led by experienced guides through dense forest in search of your assigned gorilla family. The trek may take several hours, but the reward of observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat—watching them play, feed, and interact—is an unforgettable and deeply moving experience.

The day starts with a drive to the park office, here you will start with registration, which will be done by your guide. You will start with short entertainment from the local community of the Batwa who used to live in the forest as food gatherers and hunters, after with a general detailed activity briefing from the rangers will commence, after the briefing, you will be assigned a gorilla family that you will visit. You will also be assigned a ranger guide, plus two armed rangers for security in case of forest elephants, buffaloes of wild chimpanzees, after this, with your parked lunch, you will enter the forest, and begin your adventure in search of the mountain gorillas, your hike will depend on the location of the days gorilla family, and access, how far close can your safari jeep drive. Your ranger guide will be in touch with the trackers, to ensure you use shortcuts and make the hike shorter as much as possible, when you he finally locates the family, you will be informed and you will have a preparation stop over before going face to face with these beautiful creatures.  During this stop, you will sip water,  if its already late, you will have your lunch. After the break, you will head face to face with the gorillas, your stay with them will be 1 hours. You are free to take as many pictures and videos as you want. With no camera flash. Cause this may irritate the gorillas. After a 1 hour stay with them, your will embark on your walk back to the starting point. Here you will have a graduation ceremony, where you will be handed a souvenirs in form of a gorilla trekking certificate. You will find your guide waiting for you, get into the car, drive back to your lodge with beautiful memories.

After days of trekking, today is dedicated to rest and rejuvenation. Transfer to the scenic Lake Bunyonyi, nicknamed the “Lake of Little Birds.” Surrounded by terraced hills and dotted with 29 islands, it is one of Uganda’s most peaceful locations. You can spend the day swimming, canoeing, or simply relaxing at your lodge while taking in the tranquil views.

After breakfast, you’ll journey to Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda’s smallest savannah park but rich in unique wildlife such as impalas, zebras, and elands. In the evening, head out on a night game drive, one of the rare opportunities in Uganda to search for nocturnal species like bushbabies, leopards, and porcupines.

Begin your final day with a guided walking safari in Lake Mburo, where you can approach giraffes, zebras, and antelopes on foot—an exhilarating way to experience the bush. Afterward, drive back to Entebbe, stopping at the equator for photographs and souvenir shopping. Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your onward journey, marking the end of your unforgettable Ugandan safari.
